Phoenix is the heroin of the excellent 70s film, "Phantom of the parasise" by Brian de Palma, with a very beautiful music by Paul William. This film may seem a little kitch today, yet it resumes the codes of Faust's myth. eternal life, youth, beauty, strength, succes. Vegetarianism does not have these references, it is all the opposite, it is a weak, incomprehensible being, on the margins of the current codes. In the fim, Winslow Leach, after Swan producer, steals his scores, lives reclu because burned, defigured, after an accident, has no other choice but to live in the shadow.
