This figurative painting appropriates the Geneva harbour in winter, which has made it vibrate by its contrasting light and transparency. The Salève in the background is treated against the day of a beautiful deep blue. The lake is strated with blue, purple and white stripes, reflecting a sky cut into 2 zones. The "romantic" influence was one of my approaches. In the style of the Geneva School (Louis Baudit and Louis Gianoli). Ideal as a corporate gift! (sold framed)
