     Maestro Héctor Olvera says that his Teaching is a way of living, a way of confronting life. And it is.

     His life is the Teaching he gives. First because his entire life is dedicated to transmit in several ways his understandings, his knowledge to anyone who wants to take it. On the other hand, what he teaches he lives it and this is not a way of boast because he doesn't even speak "nice" to earn people's sympathy. His actions, all of them, are under the light of what he teaches. Therefore, being with Him, or close to him, clears all the doubts about his teaching: Is not a theory, is not utopia, is not unreal.

     Maestro Héctor tells us that the knowledge must be together with understanding. He says that is possible to know things in memory but not as a real experience in ourselves. Is only when we start to feel and live what he teaches, that we can understand this idea about his Teaching: It is something real. Only living his Teaching by ourselves, we can prove what really is and what is not.

      In the books he has written he has framed the ideas of his Teaching, based on his own experimentation. He speaks to us from knowledge, from his experience, not from ignorance of those who say they know but never experimented what they say.

      It is not necessary to know something about his Teaching to get close to it; his books, as many others of his works like his writings, are written in a simple and comprehensible way for anyone. Nevertheless, He warns us: Everyone will see and understand, according to the level of Being.

      In every readings he gives us examples applying his Teaching to daily situations, showing clearly the ideas of his Teaching, in other cases he speaks to us with metaphors about how we should confront the situations. Each and every one of these publications are Himself and his own way of living life.
