Create and Send Graphical E-Mails newsletters

| With the marvelous options offered by the ArtsCAD account, you are able to connect with all your subscribers, visitors and friends through periodical newsletters or emails. You can do this to increase your sales, notify your customers with the newly added artworks to your gallery or you can even discuss a particular event or exhibition that is taking place now. |
| Before you get into sending a Graphical email or a newsletter, you should prepare the Header first. This could be done through hitting the “Pages” tab on the management bar that will take you directly to the text editor.

| With the smart text editor, you are able to enter whatever you want including HTML code, smiles, different font lines and types or even change the colors of your email. The smart text editor gives you the flexibility to enter anything that you want to send to your customers in your newsletter.
Save your work and then go back to the management gallery.

The Newsletter

| Start by logging to your ArtsCAD account and pressing the “newsletter” tab
The tab will take you directly to the newsletter attributes page where you can decide which Header page you will be sending to your customers, when should it be sent and how many artworks you want to display in this newsletter.
After you enter this information, save your work and your newsletter will be sent within 24H. |

Before you hit “save” make sure to check the subscribers list and make sure that all the names are there with their valid email addresses or else, they won’t receive your correspondence.  |
