;Christina Marie ;I think, I see, I feel, I dream, I love, I hurt. For me art is all of these, an expression of life around me. It is a challange to capture an emotion or a moment in time. There is nothing like showing an art piece to someone and having it touch them so deeply that, for a second, they felt what you did. ;My name is Christina Marie, I was born April 24, 1977 in East Chicago, Indiana. I have been drawing my whole life and began painting in 2003. After losing my father to cancer, I realized my need to express those feelings on canvas. My paintings focus on the balance between life and death; beginning and end. These two events are discussed and debated by scientists and philosophers the world over but my work is an attempt to silence the debate, for a brief moment, in order to appreciate the journey. I graduated from Westwood College with an A.A.S in Graphic Design and Multimedia in 2003, I hope to eventually return to school to study fine art.
