For this work: My inspiration from the: oceanic phenomenon" EL NINO: characterized by the warming of a huge reservoir of surface water that extends from the Central Pacific to the coasts of Peru. All the tropical belt of the globe undergoes a global upheaval that causes regionally intense precipitation or periods of exceptional drought. These changes in climate have a dramatic impact on the environment and human activity: the loss of thousands of human lives and the damage of billions of dollars. The coasts of Peru bear the mark on ancient monuments of 4000-year-old episodes. This could be the cause of unexplained disappearances of pre-Columbian civilizations and the choice of the construction of pre-Hispanic cities on altitude sites.
