For 25 years I have been painting beneath the vineyards and olive trees; feeling cool in Provence and hidden from people.   The beauty fulfills me and I let my inspiration take me- when the mood takes me , like a walk and a book describing my and others’lives.   To take a momemnt in our own life to listen to others gives depth to our soul. With modesty I try to paint faces which are a part of this great human experience.   I try to describe and paint those who have lived through many events and tell their stories-sometimes simple but so sincere, giving back some value to the simple things.   In making symbolism, I can tell what built me and makes me move.   In my paintings are my doubts and my questions and my joy which comes from my own experience.   My painting is not influenced by anything and like the wind it wanders through my moods because no thought can be forced and only the past can be told.   My creative impulse come from a desire and is built in love and ends like an embrace.   I’m going to keep on talking about fates and salernes will be and remain this place where my painting lives.   I’m so happy to be back ti this little provencal village just for living and working and making exhibits.   This place makes me recall my beautiful chilhood memories, memories that keep particular emotions inside. Already 25 years which I paint in my small place(toilet) of Provence, in the middle of the fields of vineyards(vines) and olive tree out of sight quietly and peacefully.   The beauty of the place me filled(performed), letting my inspiration guide me according to my humors as a ballad, a manuscript which tells my life, lives, trajectories.   To take a moment of our life to listen to the other one looks of the depth to its soul.   Modestly it is what I try to make by drawing faces which are a part of the human great adventure.   I try to tell fates, to paint souls which lived so much and so many things, to tell their sometimes simple but so sincere history(story) and restore some value in the simplicity of things.   By making some symbolism I tell what built me and what livens up(leads) me.   I put it my doubts, my questioning my enjoyments fruit of my personal route(course).   My paint(painting) refers free of any direct influence as the wind it wanders according to its humors because no thought can be imposed only lived sound can be told.    The creative moose(run-up) arises from a desire, builds itself in the love and finishes by an embrace   [Biography - Versi Philippe - 3Ko]
